Purposes of the processing:
We get the domain name or IP address of your computer, the client's file request (file name and URL), the http response code and the website from which you are visiting us.
We use tracking services and cookies, so-called third-party cookies, to create user profiles under a pseudonym. Such a usage profile contains information about a visitor's navigation on websites. A direct conclusion about you is not possible. You can object to the creation of user profiles at any time. You can set your browser so that these cookies are not stored or deleted at the end of your Internet session.
Some pages contain buttons from social media networks with which you can recommend macs to others. If you click on such a button, the following data can be transmitted to the site operators: IP address, browser information and operating system, screen resolution, installed browser plugins such as Adobe Flash Player, origin of visitors if they followed a link (referrer), URL of the current page.
We partly offer you contact forms on our Internet pages, which you can use to send us inquiries/concerns about specific topics. We also collect personal data such as name, address, telephone number or other contract-related information in relation to the respective purpose of use.
How do we collect your data:
We automatically collect the data that is collected when you visit our website. Furthermore, we collect data on the basis of your entries on our website or at your personal request, for example by handout your business card at a trade fair, we maintain your personal data manually in our system.
How your data will be processed:
We process your data on the following legal bases: pursuant to Article 6 para. 1 lit. b) of the EU-DSGVO on the basis of the contract concluded with you:
- Performance of contractual services
- Payment processing
- in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 lit. a) of the EU-DSGVO on the basis of the consent given by you:
- sending interesting information about products and promotions
Duration of processing:
Your data will only be processed until the contract concluded with you has been fulfilled or until the applicable legal provisions provide for it, and within the time frame for the maintenance of our business relationship with you.
Business documents are kept for a maximum of 6 and 10 years in accordance with the requirements of the Commercial Code and the Tax Code.
As long as you do not object, we will use your data to maintain and intensify our trustful business relationship to our mutual advantage.
If you wish your data to be deleted, we will comply with this and immediately delete the data collected, provided that there are no legal obligations to retain the data.
